We would like to remind all our guests of our policies prior to arrival.

I. Check In/Check Out

  • Check-in time is 4 p.m.
  • Check-out time is 11 a.m.

II. Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable; however the remaining balance is, as long as a minimum 30 days’ notice is provided.
  • Cancellation with less than 30 days’ notice; is non-refundable; however, can be applied to a future stay within 2 years of your original booking date. Should you require cancellation insurance, this service is provided by many reputable companies.
  • Booked stays are also fully transferable. For example, Bob and Ben book a trip and last minute Bob can’t make it but Ben finds a new friend named Dave. Dave can come in place of Bob.  No questions asked.

III. Payments

  • Upon booking, a deposit of $500 per person is required.
  • Full Payment is required a minimum of 30 days prior to your stay.
  • Payments can be made online or by mailing a cheque to 235 Blair Place Clearwater, BC V0E 1N1

IV. Smoking

  • We would like to remind our guests that smoking is prohibited in all cabins and common areas.

V. Pets

  • Pets are permitted; however, they are not allowed in our cabins.

VI. Minors

  • Children under the age of 12 get a ½ off rate, under 2 is free.
